I'm posting a shorty now, and tomorrow you'll get the full shabam. I've been reading the Sex chapter in The Beauty Myth and my mind is abuzz with thoughts that I need to wrangle. I promised myself I'd be in bed by midnight....but as you can see I missed my deadline. That's what I get for sleeping so late this morning. I swear, this book is good enough to set up a special Yahoo! group just for it! The sex chapter alone will be enough to keep me going for days. I'm planning to re-read it tomorrow and make my notes into something halfway coherent.
Dinner was a smashing success (Applebee's). I had a riblet basket and a "triple chocolate overboard." Oh my heavens! It was chocolate cake with hot chocolate sauce in the middle and dark and white chocolate drizzled over the top. I may be sick in the morning, but I sure enjoyed it while in the process of licking the plate clean.
For now I'm off to lay down. I don't know that I'll sleep any time soon, but I'll at least turn off the light and give it a try.
