I can't sleep, and I really want to throw something and do a lil screamin'. Why is it that when I get horizontal I wake up? Maybe I should stand in a corner and I'd be sawin' logs in no time.

  1. I'm right there with you Andish.

We need some good sleeping pills that won't leave us too groggy in the morning.

Maybe I will try watching tv - I haven't even turned it on in like 2 weeks.

  2. I did this once for a couple of weeks (not sleeping much). I thought that maybe I was bipolar! I cut caffeine at night and tried not to nap at all. Also I made a regular schedule. I go to bed (usually) between 11 and 12.

  4. You poor thing!
I'm telling you, take Gravol, they are non-addictive, and at least you'll get one night of good sleep. You won't wake up groggy either. At least I don't.
I sympathize completely, I'm still having trouble a couple nights a week too.
    Good Luck!!!!

  5. If you're ever awake, call me. You can count on the fact that I will not be asleep.

Suzz, soon to forget how to spell sleep

  7. Amanda,
I don't do caffeine, and I used to go to bed at the same time every night, but now, by the time I get home from work I feel like if I go to bed at 11 I haven't had a day. Ya know?? lol Blah.

  9. Can't sleep? Figures. Probably up all night worried about little things like the definition of feminism. I really wouldn't worry your pretty head about it - Simply spend your days cooking, cleaning, and doing laundry. I'm sure it will cure that little insomnia problem in no time.

  11. I've been experiencing some sleep deprivation as well. Like today, I woke up at 4am. I'm sure I'll be ready for a nap this afternoon - too bad it's going to be a beautiful day (for me, not the world). :)

  12. Brett,
I never wake up before 7. Well, I do, but then I have no problem sleeping. Go figure.

I'm glad y'all have a beautiful day...it was a record high 99 here today. My ankles were sweating.
