You're looking at the newest Master's student in the University of North Texas's School of Library and Information Sciences! Wheee! Maybe it's a good thing that I didn't get a full time job for the Fall. Looks like I'm going to be BUSY!

  8. Congratulations! I'm so happy for you. You'll have to keep us informed about the classes. I'm always interested to see how classes compare to the ones I took in library school.

That's the truth, Terri. It sounds like a good thing that I didn't get a full time job!

LOL, Donna. We'll study our butts off together.

    Thanks, Kristina, PS, and DF!

LOL, Heatheroo! You won't be pea green anymore when I start bitching about my work load! lol

    Thanks, Nancyroo and Beastmomma!

Will do, Lisa! I'm starting with two introductory (core) courses. One one-hour course on library history, and intro to information retrieval.

    Thanks, Lisa, Sassy, and Les!

Thanks, Elizabeth! I can't wait to read it!

Stephanie, Chris, and Kristy, thank you muchly!

Melanie, they say it can be completed in a year if one goes full-time, but I'm sure it'll take me a good year and a half or two years going as I am. I'm paying out of pocket right now (trying not to run up any more student loans!), but we'll see how long that lasts!
