Smokin' Meat

Pardon me, but I'm currently up to my neck in brisket. Cow is our BBQ of choice here in Texas, and an organization I'm a part of is smoking 800 pounds of meat for a fundraiser. I started working on everything yesterday, and it'll be a long day of activity today.

See you on the flipside, when I smell like smoked meat.

  1. I saw some of your instagram shots and girl, you made me hungry with all that smokin' talk! Remind me, is Texas big on sauce or dry rubs?

    1. LOL, you should've smelled it!!! Texas is a split decision between rub and sauce. We rubbed and offered sauce.
