NINE Years Blogging!

Woohoo! I didn't forget my blogiversary this year! Because NINE years, and these last couple have been some of the absolute best. Thank you, and you, and you, and ALL of you for reading and for your comments, letters, cards, gifts, and friendship. And book recommendations, of course.

In honor of longevity and gray hair, I'm giving away a $15 gift to the book retailer of your choice (Amazon, B&N or BookDepository).

    1. Ooh, okay, and my recommendation for a 9 years celebration is, Joan Wyndham's Love Lessons. Because, um, I am tired of being the only person in the world who has read it when it's so great and funny.

  25. Way to go, Andi -- that is awesome! I'm coming up on six years in June, which feels like an eternity to me . . . but I hope there are many more in store for both of us. :) If you're in the mood for a memoir, Janice MacLeod's Paris Letters is the most fun I've had reading in quite a while. For a francophile who loves letters and writing and PARIS, it was just fabulous!

  33. Happy Bloggiversary, Andiloo!

Hmm, a suggestion. Like I don't already do that ALL THE TIME. But, okay. I'm thinking. Have you read Life After Life by Kate Atkinson? If not, read that so we can fight about it, haha. I saw that you didn't love Labor Day. It's one I'd downgrade, two months after reading it. Why does that happen, anyway? I loved it at the time, but now I just keep wondering why. Maybe because I'm as crazy as Adele? But, not crazy enough to invite a murderer home and then . . . you know . . . take out my loneliness on him. Anyway, happy 9th and many more!!
