An EVENTful Summer!

It's looking like a very EVENTful summer, y'all. The Estella Society is back in effect with some upcoming challenges and readalongs and whatnot.

#Estellagram June should be pretty easy and awesome with the theme word, "pretty!"

The Estella Project (#EstellaProject) Season Two reading pool went up today! Choose one, two, or three books to read over the summer, report back with a link to your review, and earn chances at the $20 online retailer e-gift card prize. That was a mouthful! I'll be reading:
  • The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay by Michael Chabon
  • Tell the Wolves I'm Home by Carol Rifka Brunt
  • Geek Love by Katherine Dunn
What about you?

Finally, an event Heather and I are not hosting...

I'll be tackling Wise Children for this challenge since it's been sitting on my TBR for far too long.

What are your summer reading plans?

Yay for the Estella Project! SO EXCITED!

Something we're not co-hosting? I'm in! Wise Children is a fantastic choice. I'll have to comb my shelves.

    1. Haha! Yes, yes I do! I'm excited for The Estella Project, too! So many books already on my TBR. And LOL, yes! First time in a while I've done something (other than Bout of Books or Armchair BEA) that we aren't hosting!

  2. I've never participated in an Estellagram but I think I might take the plunge this time :D (Because I finally joined the current century and got hooked up on Instagram, ha!)

Yay to the Estella Project! I'm headed over there right now to see what's up. I was SO happy with what I ended up reading because of the EP last year. I'm betting it will be the same this time around.

    1. It will! I'm having a hell of a hard time getting into Wise Children, so I might opt for some short stories instead. And I'm thrilled to be in on the Japanese Lit Challenge! So fun!

  6. I don't know how the two of you do it. I get tired just reading about all of the events you host and/or in which you participate. Girl, can I have some of your energy?!?
